Hey, I’m Pierre-Alexis. For the past ten years, I have been assisting minority shareholders and managers in negotiating partnerships and resolving conflicts. Most of the time, I assist the “weak” party and I appreciate this challenging aspect.
When raising funds, the managers of start-ups/scale-ups are often in a vulnerable situation, which sometimes leads them to negotiate unbalanced agreements. With dups, I wish to support these managers to go through this stage with serenity, thanks to my legal expertise and negotiation skills.
And despite the seriousness of the previous sentences, I particularly like humour and if we work together you will experience it.
