On 15th December, our team ran a workshop hosted by Digital Attraxion on the key legal aspects of raising funds.
The online workshop was organized as part of the MoveUp Program by Digital Attraxion, a 6 months acceleration program directed to startups from around the world who are looking to target the European Market.
In their presentation, Pierre-Alexis and Stéphanie addressed some key legal aspects of raising funds as a startup: from getting prepared to making the new partnership work, and everything in between! They also went through some of the most common questions we get from founders.
To compensate for the lack of interactivity of the online format of the workshop, the participants were given the chance to book a one-on-one meeting with the dups team and discuss any further questions they might have.
