🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis & Modeling:
  • Develop complex financial models and perform in-depth analyses of companies’ financial statements, industries, and markets.
  • Participate in M&A operations, including valuations, preparation of financial analyses, dashboards, and market models.
  1. Client Engagement & Advisory:
  • Draft and review business plans, information memoranda, valuation reports, and other high-impact financial documents for a diverse range of clients.
  • Assist clients in board and shareholder meetings, negotiations, and provide expert opinions when needed.
  1. Project Management:
  • Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing hands-on support and advice.
  1. Business Development:
  • Actively contribute to the acquisition of new clients by attending networking events, participating in marketing activities, and contributing to our publications and newsletters.

👩‍⚖️ Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or a similar field.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
  • A team player with a passion for developing our business activities.
  • Flexible, proactive, and reliable with a strong command of Excel and the Office suite.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (written and spoken); fluency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Previous experience or internships in corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or similar is a strong asset.
